- Vacuum + mop with dust-control approach

Detail clean for heavy buildup (included for Deep + Move In/Out cleans).
Baseboard Detail
Hands-on heavy detail clean for accessible areas (included for Deep, Move In/Out + Post-Construction).
AC Interior / Exterior Filter Detail
Accessible interior vents, exterior covers, and filter areas detailed. Reusable filters cleaned where appropriate, or disposable filters changed if replacements are provided.
Grill Clean
Exterior polish + grates/detail clean (cool grill only).
Garage Clean-Out
Sweep/blow + cobweb removal + surfaces cleaned (no heavy hauling).
Patio / Lanai Detail
Sweep + wipe patio furniture, spot clean floor + glass/rail spot-detail.
Carpet Deep Clean
Deep extraction of embedded dirt, grime + odors from floor.

Yes. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available upon request.
Yes. We provide luxury residential cleaning, commercial office cleaning, move-in/out cleans, and post-construction cleaning across Oʻahu.
For move-in/out cleans and post-construction cleans, we bring our own supplies. For most other recurring services, supplies can be provided by the client if you prefer (especially for specialty finishes), or we can use a standard set based on what your space needs.
Recurring: Maintenance clean for weekly/biweekly/every-4-weeks clients — dust, sanitize, kitchen + baths, floors, and a final presentation pass.
Deep Clean: One-time reset that includes everything in recurring plus buildup removal and heavy detail work for a true “back to zero” finish. A deep clean may be required before starting recurring service. Deep cleans are quoted separately.
Pricing depends on the size of the space, current condition, frequency, and scope (deep detail, add-ons, laundry, organization, etc.). Tell us what you need and we’ll quote you quickly.
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, and every 4 weeks options are available. Recurring clients get a consistent plan that keeps the space presentation-perfect with less time spent on heavy resets.

Yes—organization can be added to many cleanings. If you want pantry/cabinet resets or a “back-to-zero” refresh, mention it in your request so we can plan the time and scope properly.
We follow a consistent standard every visit, including a final detail pass and visual check. If something ever isn’t right, tell us quickly and we’ll work to make it right within two business days.
We accept check and electronic transfer. We can also take electronic payment via a secure invoice link when needed.
